GMS Attends 2026 Akron NTMA Annual Golf Tournament & Fundraiser

AKRON, Ohio — June 11, 2026 — GMS attended the 2026 Annual Golf Tournament & Fundraiser hosted by the Akron Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA Akron).

The event brought together local manufacturing professionals and partners for a day of networking, friendly competition, and community support. Participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf, contests, food, and on-course activities, all while raising funds to support workforce development initiatives in the manufacturing industry.

GMS was represented by Senior Sales Representative Damond Anderson, who is an active member of NTMA Akron and serves on the organization’s Activities Planning Committee. The annual outing serves as an opportunity for companies to engage with peers, reward employees, and give back to an industry that plays a critical role in the regional economy.
